Ortiz is not currently ranked due to inactivity but win, lose or draw he will return to the
top 25 light heavyweight rankings.
Shlemenko is a ranked middleweight who will stay ranked at middleweight regardless of the result since this is a one time ordeal. This is a rare special exception that's mentioned in the rules tab.
